MSW, LCSW, CHT Director & Clinician Cathy has worked in the human services field for over thirty years, providing mental health services to a wide range of clients in the community and hospital setting. In addition to Neurofeedback, she offers professional counseling, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, coaching, EMDR, and energy healing. She especially enjoys supporting adults of all ages in their personal growth process, has a regular mindfulness practice, and is a good resource for helping client's develop cognitive-mindfulness strategies for decreasing stress and increasing joy. Cathy has an array of interests including gardening, energy and vibrational sound healing, writing, guitar, spirituality, crystals, and is the author of Bringing Home the Mountain: Finding the Teacher Within. Neurofeedback Clinician Bob joins us with 9 years in the mental health field. Formerly a biologist with additional paramedical training, he has been working as a medical liaison for a mental health agency and has experience with treatment and management of chronic illnesses, including chronic pain. Bob has been practicing neurofeedback for 3 years and works with all ages. He is fascinated by what he continues to learn in the field of neuroscience, and eager to offer his services here in Eugene. In his free time, Bob enjoys the outdoors, gardening and whitewater kayaking. |
Steven H. Jonas, M.S.
Referral Coordinator and Manager, Lead Neurofeedback Clinical & Special Education Specialist Steven has worked in education for over 22 years as a teacher, specialist, and consultant. He has primarily worked in special education at the public school and university level. He specializes in working with individuals with disabilities as well as administering and developing assessments. Steve enjoys physical fitness and yoga, is an avid meditator, and is a good support for clients wanting to make healthier lifestyle and mindfulness choices. Neurofeedback Clinician Terry has been working in community mental health in Oregon for over 35 years. She has been a case manager, counselor, clinical supervisor, state program coordinator, service program developer, as well as holding various executive positions in mental health administration. She began receiving training in neurofeedback from the EEG Institute in 2017, and recently continued that training in 2021. She also participates with the Neurofeedback Advocacy Project to bring neurofeedback into community mental health treatment. Terry is excited to return to her roots in clinical practice by working with Eugene Neurofeedback. She has experience with serious mental illness, trauma, aging, and systems of care. Terry’s interests include community life, travel, and service to others. In her spare time, she practices yoga, chanting, and meditation with humor and heart. |
